Our unique neck scarves are hand-dyed, making each of them a one-of-a-kind piece with natural variations.
The Habotai silk scarf features a hand-rolled hem and is made of 100% silk. It measures 22” by 22”.
The scarf was first dyed in madder root and then dipped in our locally grown South Carolina indigo, using a “scrunch” technique. The result is a soft pink cloud with streaks of blue, that is not only beautiful, but also support local craftsmanships.
Please note that each piece is pre-treated and pre-washed to make the color as wash-fast and light-fast as possible. We recommend however washing it separately by hand with a neutral detergent and dry in shade. Natural dyes are “alive” and might change slightly with time.
