Alchemy is what transpires when Lisa Riente and Caroline Harper UNIFY to bring you this powerful, transformational workshop. We’ll begin by opening Vishudda: the throat chakra – our center for truth, communication and self-expression.  This chakra is responsible for regulating the energy associated with authenticity, creativity, and understanding. Using ancient yogic tools of asana (posture), pranayama (breath work) and mantra (sacred chant), we will soothe open up our truth & creative centers. We will find our voices and project them from a place of strength, confidence and courage.  And then….

To celebrate our new-found voices, we will flow into our creative minds and work to design and hand dye our very own Vishuddha Power Scarves with blue gold East Indian indigo dye. Master artisan and Indigo grower, Caroline Harper shares the story of the plant that shaped and defined early South Carolina. During the creative and dyeing process,  healing music and mantra will infuse the environment and our one-of-a-kind treasures to give us the courage and confidence to speak your truth and be HEARD!
